Cancelation Policy & Regulations

Important Information

  • A forecaddie is mandatory for each flight. The total fee of 75€ per forecaddie is to be paid on-site in cash and should be divided among the players.
  • Guest names and email addresses must be provided in advance so that access to the club and its facilities can be arranged via the members’ app, with a dedicated concierge service available on the day of play.
  • Please note that cash payments are not accepted at The Els Club Vilamoura clubhouse.

Included Features:

  • The choice between electric trolley, pull trolley or shared buggy.
  • Guests have access to the practice facility along with (practice) balls, 45 minutes prior to their starting time – subject to availability.   
  • A set of rental clubs is available at the rate of 40€ per round, subject to availability. 
  • Use of the member locker room facilities and personalized gift bag.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation and Payment Policy:

  • Full pre-payment is required to guarantee and secure your booking.
  • Cancellations/Modifications prior to arrival will not incur a penalty:
    • Until 15 days: January, February, July, August, November and December.
    • Until 45 days: March, April, May, June, September and October.

No-shows, early departures, and cancellations or modifications requested after this period will incur the full charge

There are no refunds due to delayed or cancelled flights and personal injuries. Travel insurance is recommended. 

For any modification, or cancellation request related to groups, relevant conditions will apply.

Golf Course Regulations:

The Tour Operator shall inform clients of the following The Els Club Vilamoura golf course’s Regulations: 

  • Non-members may access The Els Club Vilamoura except on Saturdays, which are reserved exclusively for member tournaments and competitions.
  • For non-members, up to 8 flights (32 players) are available daily between 12:00 and 14:00, at 15-minute intervals. During wintertime, timing will be adjusted according to the sunset time.  
  • Maximum handicaps allowed: Men 28 / Ladies 36.  
  • Driving Range and On-Course Dress code: Smart casual attire. Training/Tennis shoes, jeans, beachwear, and T-shirts are not allowed.  
  • Pace of play allowed is 4 hours and 30 minutes for 18 holes based on 4 players in the same flight. Players will be paired up to form groups of 4. 
  • Only food and beverage purchased on-site may be allowed on the golf course, driving range facilities and Clubhouse. 
  • Random checks on driving range balls may occur to ensure they are not taken from the premises. 
  • Guests shall keep the highest standards of the course by repairing pitch marks, replacing divots, and raking bunkers. 
  • Players are solely responsible for any loss or damage to their equipment 
  • The Els Club Vilamoura is responsible for complying with the golf course activity and facilities legal insurance obligations, including those of public liability and personal accidents insurance cover, for player’s protection. Damage or injuries caused by players to third parties, other players’ property, or non-golfers who remain on the premises are excluded from coverage. 
  • Players should check-in at the Pro-Shop in the Clubhouse at least 45 minutes prior to tee-time. 
  • Children up to 12 years old are not allowed on the golf course, except if they have a handicap and are accompanied by an adult. Buggies may be operated by adults from the age of 18.  No junior rate is available.
